Writing Update

 Not going to do a big long update like I’ve been doing (here’s the last one) since all I’ve been working on is The Renegade and the Hound. 

It’s up to 58,000 words so far, but the end is in sight. I am finally approaching the big climactic battle, and I have the basics of how that will go sketched out in a very rough format. It looks like the story will end up being 20 chapters long in total, if I’ve got the outlines figured out right. 

I’ve never written a big battle before, so I think I might have trouble with this chapter. I guess we’ll see how it goes. Hopefully it doesn’t end up sucking.
